About the photographer
Chris has worked as a professional photographer since he was a sophomore in high school (2004). Throughout his career he has shot as a sports, wedding, automotive, portrait, and headshot photographer. These days he specializes in headshots for professionals, actors, and models. Since mid-2011, Chris has also worked as the Video Producer at Winding Road Magazine where he is in charge of all video content for the Winding Road YouTube channel. Chris also is a freelance photographer with automotive magazines and websites such as Car and Driver, Motor1, AUTOWEEK, Winding Road, and Autoblog.
Why Headshots?
In early 2012, Chris was inspired by New York headshot photographer Peter Hurley to create and grow a a new headshot photography business in SE Michigan. The skills needed in both headshot and automotive photography strike the perfect balance for Chris. Automotive photography and video give him an outlet to enjoy and pursue his passion for cars, while headshot photography allows Chris to flex his "people skills" and ability to bring out the best in his headshot clients.
